Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed coffeee.uk to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water is then forced through the grounds by the plunger. Storage

Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This is recommended to stop the coffee from absorbing too much and forming undesirable elements in your drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
