I'm also very confused by this as there is no nudity, barely any profanity and it involves action scenes that even a 14 year old wouldn't call violent.
I can assume it's because of the scenes such as the bashing the head in of that drunk fella or the chopping up of the bodies, but all in all it's quite tame. Should be rated a 12 even.
