First free pre-trained model for floor plans incl labeling pipeline

A trained network to annotate raster images of floor plans was just published by a Swiss proptech. You can try it with this link: https://auto.archilyse.com/, additional information is shared in their discord channel (you find the link on their page too). They even published their trained network on Github.

Previously, they open sourced the world's largest curated dataset of dwellings https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7070951 and their full codebase for data labeling, quality assurance, georeferencing , simulation, and benchmarking which we use in our research group now.
