The reason why I gave them five stars is because I bought these due to my Dermatillomania condition which means I impulsively scratch any impurities I feel on my skin and I can't stop. I catch myself "scanning" for something bumpy on my skin and once I feel it I can't forget about it and eventually scratch and hurt my skin.
Point of this review is they work great! I did have to cut them a little shorter than the actual length they originally came in because I have short stubby fingers but other than that they are GREAT! They stay on my fingers and don't fall off. I normally use it when I am studying because thats when I scan and scratch the most and they work great with typing, using my mac's trackpad, texting ( as it works with the screen) and best of all it really helps me not scratch myself because I can't feel my imperfections! Best part too is they don't feel like gloves at all! They really do feel like a second skin!
If your suffering from Dermatillomania then these are perfect fit! I am so glad I bought them! I normally don't write reviews so it really shows that I loved this product because it solved my scratching problem!

This product has proven to be AMAZING in every way, great for wood workers. I would love to buy more, say 12 bags or so. However, I gave it 3 stars because I would like to purchase full packs of LARGE and not the combo pack since the medium are to tight and end up wasted. Hopefully someone at amazon will read this and add the large bags to their product line. Or even better create a bulk supply... I would like to buy them asap.... Let me know... If you read some of the other reviews you we see others making similar requests since 2014....Thanks!
I've been a nail-biter since I was a child, and my parents tried virtually everything to get me to stop. These are the fist things that helped me kick the habit!
These finger gloves held up through just about every task I needed to complete in my daily routine. They fit snugly on my fingers, and if they were too long they were easy to cut without sacrificing the integrity of the gloves themselves. They didn't break when I instinctively bit them. They also don't have a strong rubber smell like I had expected.
Unfortunately, these gloves can be difficult to get on and off after the first use - they lose the powder inside, making getting them on all the way a struggle. They also become uncomfortable the longer you wear them in one sitting. Your fingers will start to get too warm and sweat, making them hard to get off. I was not able to operate my smart phone screen with these on either, meaning I had to take off one glove to use my phone, and then put it back on when I was done.
I work at an upscale grocer and I used to wear vinyl gloves to protect my hands from the sharp edges of paper bags and product corners. I also have sensitive skin. Unfortunately due to customer complaints (rolling eyes) we're no longer allowed to wear gloves at the register. I work very fast so also relyed on gloves for grip to work efficiently which is very difficult without gloves.
I HAD to find a solution and chose these finger gloves. It was a bit of a learning curve but these have been a godsend!! Plus my great boss gave them a thumbs up!

I'd like to suggest the seller provide a small drawstring bag or offer at a nominal extra charge as they easily get lost in my pocket as I use them on and off in an active setting 8 hours a day.
They work well, but not my favorite. I pathetically lost a fingernail while working on a house project...
I work in the medical field and while my nail is healing (and also unattractive to patients) i like to keep it covered up. However, bandages don't work well because I'm constantly washing my hands. I need something that's water resistant and durable. These finger gloves are good, but unfortunately they became more of a nuisance for me. I'm sure they'd work well for other purposes, but for someone that's constantly used their fingers and washing them.. It doesn't work as well.
Well, I purchased these for one thing and one thing alone, my Nintendo 3DS. Anyone who has used a 3DS knows that there is a circular disc that is used as an analog stick. Unfortunately, Nintendo did not design it with a sweaty thumb in mind. I never had a major issue with it until I bought Samus Returns, a game that requires 360 degree aiming and shooting with the analog pad. Quite the action game and after half an hour or so my thumb gets a little bit sweaty which causes it too slip all over the pad causing bad aiming and my character's death in certain instances. Since this pad is made out of some sort of rubber/plastic (I'm not sure of the exact material), I figured a rubber glove or some sort rubber on my thumb would create enough friction to prevent this from happening.
As far as I can tell these work well for my cause. Not absolutely perfect but definitely an improvement. Not the products fault that my use isn't 100%, but for what these things are they are great. So I guess I might stand more of a chance in more intense situations on my 3DS.

I am a 22 year old female and I bought these because I constantly bite my nails and the surrounding skin to the point where they really hurt and often bleed. I've tried everything and nothing has worked thus far, so I thought I'd try these.
When the finger gloves arrive they look a lot like... a common contraceptive device and they look extremely silly when wearing them unaltered (see 1st picture), not to mention the ring digs into your fingers and leaves a nasty red indentation around your finger. Cutting off the ring around the opening was enough to transform their appearance and make them quite unnoticeable and much more comfortable. The packaging is just a resealable poly bag with the paper leaflet inside - functional but pretty poor quality. You get 12 finger gloves in a pack and there are only two different sizes - 6 of the smaller size and 6 of the larger.
My main issue is that I can only cover 4 out of 5 fingers on each hand at a time because there aren't enough of the only size that actually fits my fingers. My thumbs need the larger size but my other fingers all need the smaller size as the larger size just won't stay on, but that means 8 fingers in total need the smaller size and there are only 6 of that size in the pack. There needs to be a wider range of sizes available too - my thumbs and forefingers are covered perfectly, but none of the sizes fit my little fingers properly - the smaller size works but is really baggy around the top joint and I would prefer a fit like the ones on my forefingers - see photo. I don't think my hands are uncommonly small for females so why aren't there smaller sizes available? I've even checked their own website and they only offer the two sizes.
I'm quite disappointed to find out that these are only $7.50 on their website directly - Β£21 is a huge price jump! For Β£21 I would expect more gloves in the pack, more variety in the sizes offered, and higher quality outer packaging, but a $7.50 price tag (about Β£5.79 at current conversion rate) explains all these shortcomings. You can buy them from the website directly - shipping is $15 to the UK (Β£11.58) making the total cost Β£17.37 to buy direct - but you won't get the super-speedy next-day delivery that I got from Amazon Prime. I can now at least get a pack of the smaller size gloves, to cover the deficit and use as replacements, directly from their website. I'm surprised that the price is still so high from Amazon when, presumably, they're buying these in bulk to sell them on.
The actual product, however, is good - my fingers are covered without looking too bizarre, when you find the right size they stay on, they're washable and reusable so I don't have to keep replacing them, I can still use the touch screen on my phone whilst wearing them and the bumpy surface on the tip of each finger is great for flicking through papers at the office. If they all fit as well as the one on my forefinger this would be a perfect product. Sadly, they don't and for the price these are being offered at here I would expect much greater care taken across the board to satisfy the consumer.

I donβt consider I have large hands but only the large ones in the packet were comfortable to wear for a long time, the others were too restrictive.
I was really hopeful that this product would help me kick my 20 year long nail biting habit. However, it was a complete failure. The glove sizes were strange, and the elastic at the end of each finger glove was so tight that it became painful after a few minutes of wearing. I have very average size hands, not thick or thin or long or short, so this was quite surprising. I ended up cutting the elastic parts off to try to make it work that way, but then they kept slipping off my fingers. To be honest, I couldn't get over the strange sensation of wearing little gloves on my fingers. They weren't something I could ignore, and a part of me was always aware of their presence on my fingers, and my attention kept coming back to them because of how annoying I found them. They weren't comfortable, and they also prevent scratching, which it turns out is something we do very often without even realizing. I also had some trouble using my phone's touch screen, especially since you can't use your fingerprint for obvious reasons. You don't realize how dependent you are on your fingertips when using your phone until you suddenly can't.
While this product may work for some people, I truly don't recommend it for anyone trying to kick a severe nail biting habit. I've tried pretty much every nail biting deterrent product out there from finger gloves to nasty tasting nail polish, and this one had the worst results. Unless you're seriously committed to wearing tight suction cup gloves on your finger tips all the time, don't bother with these. Also, you can get ones just like it for around $3 if you keep looking. This is so overpriced. Huge disappointment. The only positive I can think of is the lesson I learned about buying silly products. I'm not even joking. If it's to stop nail biting, this is not what you want or need. You're better off with buying actual gloves because then at least you can easily remove them when you need to without the hassle of having to yank off ten different pieces of rubber only to have to put them all back on again.
Returned the product.. it kept falling off of fingers, not one size fits all. Should have smaller sizes.
