Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance in preparation of financial reports;
  • Prepare and review IFRS reporting packages, transformation and consolidation;
  • Verify monthly financial plans, budgets, and financial reports including corrections of any identified errors, understanding and resolving of the differences in countries' reports;
  • Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis (actual vs budget/ forecast). Analyze deviations, investigate the reasons for the latter, providing comments to CFO and divisional directors;
  • Business analysis, business decisions support from value-driven perspective;
  • Evaluate business processes and internal controls and provide recommendations on increasing their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in external audit, reporting or FP&A;
  • Knowledge of IFRS principles;
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • ACCA in progress or completed is a plus;
  • Analytical mindset, attentiveness to details, and good organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes;
  • Willingness and ability to work in a multinational environment
