Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance in preparation of financial reports;
- Prepare and review IFRS reporting packages, transformation and consolidation;
- Verify monthly financial plans, budgets, and financial reports including corrections of any identified errors, understanding and resolving of the differences in countries' reports;
- Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis (actual vs budget/ forecast). Analyze deviations, investigate the reasons for the latter, providing comments to CFO and divisional directors;
- Business analysis, business decisions support from value-driven perspective;
- Evaluate business processes and internal controls and provide recommendations on increasing their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in external audit, reporting or FP&A;
- Knowledge of IFRS principles;
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- ACCA in progress or completed is a plus;
- Analytical mindset, attentiveness to details, and good organizational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes;
- Willingness and ability to work in a multinational environment
