Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Financial Controller (part time). The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and managing accounting activities. Daily tasks will include performing detailed financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and offering strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Qualifications
* 5+ years as a financial controller
* Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced environment is a must
* FP&A preferred
* Strong Analytical Skills in Finance
* Expertise in Accounting
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
* CPA or relevant certification is a plus
* Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, 365 & Sage
* Public accounting experience and/or industry accounting experience(Nice to have)
* Management experience(Nice to have)
