Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial controlling, internal or external audit or FP&A 5+ years;
- Knowledge of IFRS principles;
- Upper-intermediate English (to communicate with colleages from other countries - oral & written);
- Good analytical skills;
- ACCA/CIMA/CIA certificates is a plus;
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills;
- Practical experience in evaluation of business processes and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance in preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts in countries;
- Verify monthly financial plans, budgets, and financial reports including corrections of any identified errors, understanding and resolving of the differences in countries' reports;
- Daily review and approval of payments and contracts;
- Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis (actual vs budget/ forecast). Analyze deviations, investigate the reasons for the latter, providing comments to CFO and divisional directors;
- Business analysis, business decisions support from value-driven perspective;
- Evaluate business processes and internal controls and provide recommendations on increasing their effectiveness;
- Review of IFRS reporting packages.
