Job Description:
Support the Project Coordinator, Human Resources and Finance Departments to manage human resources and financial processes of Individual Fundraising Project.
Job responsibilities:
- Support Human Resources Manager and Project Coordinator in all organisational and administrative matters within the Individual Fundraising Project.
- Support HR Manager and Project Coordinator in the implementation of HR areas based on HR cycle within the Individual Fundraising Project.
- Responsible for personnel documentation for Individual Fundraising Project according to the national labor law, the Human Resources Manual and other Policies and Guidelines of SOS Children's Villages International.
- Support the Head of Finance Department and the Project Coordinator and to manage the project budget, including tracking of financial and material resources;
- Support the Finance Department and the Project Coordinator in calculating bonuses and salaries for Facers;
- Assist the Project Coordinator in finding innovative methods and channels to attract candidates for the Facer positions;
- Prepare project expenditures, budget adjustments, and cost modification requests to Project Director, SOS CV International, SOS Armenia;
- Prepare monthly performance reports, attendance sheets, and all other necessary documents to finalize the compensation process for Facers
- Maintain written track record of all project-related communication and agreements, service contracts;
- Keep all project-related documentation on file;
- Support to prepare yearly and final reports on time, in quality manner as per donor requirements;
- Ensure the implementation of local Accounting standards and regulations.
- Organise accounting system in a professional way, including: accounting software, documents management, and processes according to SOS CVI, SOS CV Armenia requirements.
- Prepare correct annual budget to be incorporated into national planning and budgeting process.
- Assist the team in finding innovative methods and channels to attract candidates for the Facer positions.
Required qualifications:
- University degree
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Excellent computer literacy (MS office package)
- Organisational skills
- Self-driven and well organised;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Independent, target oriented and systematic working approach
Preferred additional criteria:
- Working experience (2-3 years)
- Basic functional knowledge of personnel administration
- Good inside knowledge of the national SOS Organisation
- Solid interpersonal, communication skills
