The typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and updating financial forecasts for P&G’s Business Units (e.g., Baby Care, Fabric Care, etc.) and/or specific P&L elements
- Leading an end-to-end financial process (e.g., financial forecast process) redesign up to the implementation
- Anticipating the impact of business decisions on financial statements (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet) and developing risk mitigation action plans
- Financial analysis of initiatives and projects that translates into recommendations on how to grow business
- Influencing multifunctional partners using appropriate methods of clear communication
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary starting from 160 000 rubles gross

Qualifications:
- The job requires you to be based in Russia
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- A university degree (DipHE) is required
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- Strong passion for business finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with multifunctional teams
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce would be preferable
