Key Responsibilities
* Review diverse financial content in image and video formats with precision and rigor.
* Develop advanced, domain-specific questions that demand true finance expertise to solve.
* Tag each task accurately by category and subcategory to ensure optimal routing to answering experts.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain experts to uphold content accuracy and relevance.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform question creation and content tagging.
* Continuously assess and optimize the quality and difficulty level of crafted questions based on expert feedback.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the annotation process.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
* Advanced proficiency with Excel and modern financial reporting tools.
* Strong grounding in budgeting, accounting principles, and data analysis.
* Experience with cost optimization and technology-driven business environments.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting detailed, high-level questions.
* Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience in consulting or financial roles.
Preferred Qualifications
* Direct experience in finance-related annotation, assessment, or question generation.
* Background working with regulatory compliance in global finance contexts.
* Familiarity with expert-level crowdsourcing or remote expert consulting projects.
