Finance Director

We are looking for a Finance Director for an international company specializing in professional and consumer equipment.
This role will act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, driving financial performance, business planning and operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the full finance function of the company
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis processes
* Support business growth through strong commercial finance and business partnering
* Provide management with insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance
* Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
* Oversee compliance, audits, tax matters and internal controls
* Partner closely with Sales, Operations and Service teams
* Develop and strengthen finance processes, reporting and team capabilities
* Coordinate with regional and global finance stakeholders
Requirements:
* Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics
* 8+ years of progressive finance experience within international companies, including leadership and business partnering responsibilities
* Strong background in Controlling, FP&A and Accounting
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
* Understanding of tax, compliance and financial controls
* Strong analytical and communication skills with business-oriented mindset
* Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
* Fluent English (B2–C1 level); confident in business communication and presentations;
