The Irish woman who is recording the brawl on her mobile phone, screams: "Eat her" and "Knee here in the face".
One of the girls has lost her shoes and the other is wearing knee-high boots as they fall to the floor, pulling at each other's long hair.
While on the floor the shouter tells her girl to "headbutt her" and "bite her nose".
The teens are eventually dragged back to their feet and encouraged to fight again, away from the men who separated them.
The crowd of girls seem unaware of their impact on shoppers who are forced to slow down as they wander through the car park shouting at each other.
The three-minute clip has been seen on Facebook by nearly 700,000 people.
