Filler Phrases (to‘ldiruvchi iboralar) — bu siz nutq davomida keyingi gapingizni o‘ylayotganingizda yoki so‘z esingizdan chiqib qolganda, yuzaga keladigan noqulay jimjitlikni (pausa) yopish uchun ishlatiladigan "sehrli" bloklardir.
IELTS Speaking’da Fluency balini saqlab qolish uchun ular juda muhim. Ular sizga 3-5 soniya vaqt yutib beradi.
Keling, ularni vaziyatga qarab guruhlarga bo‘lamiz:
1. Savol haqida o‘ylab olish uchun (Thinking time)
Examiner kutilmagan savol berganida, "Hmm..." deb qotib qolmaslik uchun:
- "That’s a very interesting question. Let me see..."
- "To be honest, I’ve never really thought about that before, but..."
- "It’s a bit of a difficult question to answer, but I suppose..."
2. So‘z yoki voqeani eslay olmay qolganda (Recalling)
Xotirangizni titayotganingizni ko'rsatish uchun:
- "It’s on the tip of my tongue..."
- "If I remember correctly..."
- "It happened quite a long time ago, so my memory is a bit hazy, but..."
3. Fikringizni aniqlashtirib olish uchun (Clarifying)
Gapni qanday davom ettirishni bilmay qolsangiz:
- "What I’m trying to say is..."
- "In other words, ..."
- "Actually, come to think of it, ..."
4. Qo‘shimcha ma’lumot qo‘shishda (Adding details)
Nutqni boyitish uchun
- "It’s also worth mentioning that..."
- "Another thing I should add is..."
⚠️ Hamma narsada me'yor bo'lganidek fillerlardan foydalanishda ham "Oltin o‘rtaliq" bo‘lishi kerak:
- Haddan oshirmang: Har bitta gapning boshida "That's a good question" desangiz, examiner buni yodlab olingan shablon deb tushunadi va ballingizni tushiradi.
- Tabiiy ayting: Bu iboralar xuddi shu lahzada hayolingizga kelgandek, tabiiy intonatsiya bilan aytilishi kerak.
- Maqsadsiz ishlatmang: Ularni faqat haqiqatda o‘ylash uchun vaqt kerak bo‘lganda ishlating.
Miya uchun Rewiring: Fillerlarni shunchaki so‘z deb emas, balki nutqingizning "amortizatori" deb biling. Ular nutqni silliq qiladi va sizni "robot" kabi ko‘rinishdan qutqaradi.
