Fico Gutierrez continues its victory in voters. Advanced campaign in Boyaca including visit to Virgin of Chiquinquira
Federico Gutierrez, presidential candidate Federico Gutierrez, presidential candidate, claims that the street is where the votes are taken. On the way, the second polling pointer was able to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquira, which is a place where dozens of faithful and followers from all over the country meet on weekends.
