Next, let’s move on to something that will get your sub in line.
As a dom, you need to have two things in your arsenal at all times exercises that create obedience, discipline and build a reward system and punishments for when they step out of line and you need to teach them a lesson. This is very important.
The punishments and exercises are very similar, it’s just how you use them that counts. So, pick a few exercises from below and it’s time to get your subby to earn a release.
