Также кредитополучатель наделен правом расторжения договора и последующим отказом от страховки в течение 14 дней со дня его подписания.
Описывая преимущества той или иной программы кредитования, банки идут на хитрость и указывают в рекламе минимальный процент и теоретически максимальную сумму по кредиту. Ключевое слово в сказанном – «теоретически». На деле получить кредит на условиях, озвученным банком в рекламе, практически невозможно. Для этого потенциальный заемщик должен обладать кристально чистой кредитной историей, высоким уровнем дохода (обязательно подтвержденного выпиской). Хотя даже таких условий банку может оказаться недостаточно, ведь ему совершенно невыгодно давать большие суммы под низкий процент.
Первым делом при изучении договора обратите внимание на полную стоимость кредита. Зная ее и размер процентной ставки, Вы можете рассчитывать сумму переплаты самостоятельно.
Известны случаи, когда заемщики выплачивали кредит досрочно, не написал заявление о преждевременном закрытии. Итог плачевный: кредитный договор не может считаться закрытым, и проценты по кредиту продолжают «капать».
Во избежание образования задолженности после совершения последнего платежа заемщику следует обратиться в банк и удостовериться в закрытии кредита. Если кредит погашается досрочно, необходимо попросить соответствующую выписку из банка.
Кредиты с длительным «беспроцентным» периодом – особый вид мышеловки. Чаще всего складывайте такой сценарий: заемщик оплачивает покупки по кредиту с грейс-периодом и даже не знает, что просрочил ежемесячный платеж и не уложился в обозначенный срок. Это оборачивается нарушением кредитного договора, окончанием льготного периода и требованием со стороны банка о выплате накопившихся процентов.
Корень проблемы в том, что далеко не все держатели кредиток знают о порядке отсчета льготного периода. Все банки устанавливаются свои правила и не спешат объяснять клиентам тонкости пользования грейс-периодом. В итоге заемщики неправильно отсчитывают его начало и загоняют себя в бесконечную долговую яму.
Льготный период полезен только для тех, кто знает все нюансы и правила, установленные банком. При заключении договора следует уточнить порядок отсчета грейс-периода и перечень операций, на которые он распространяется. Чаще всего банк взимает немалые комиссии за обналичивание средств в банкомате, переводы с одного счета на другой, а также совершение электронных валютно-обменных операций.
