A pornography boss has been left almost penniless after claiming his dominatrix girlfriend bullied him into handing over his share of their X-rated website.
Steve Dawson, 47, was originally a client of Laura Bell, also 47, but a relationship soon blossomed in domination sessions at her then home in east London.
They went into business, with her starring in 'femdom' movies, filmed at the £850,000 home they bought in a quiet Gloucestershire village and streamed to fans online.
But the romance turned sour and, as they tried to split their assets, a row erupted over who owned the company behind their website, The English Mansion.

Mr Dawson accused his ex of bullying and intimidating him - 'twisting his arm at every turn' - until he had signed over his shares to her in 2009.
Despite accepting £47,500 from her for his part of the business, he sued her, demanding return of his shares and a directorship in the company.
At the High Court in 2014, Judge Anthony Havelock-Allen highlighted the bizarre aspect of the case - a man who liked to be dominated had accused his partner of bullying.
He said: 'Assessing the credibility of a claimant who has a fetish for female domination and claims to have been the victim of duress and intimidation by his female partner is not easy.
'Assessing the credibility of a defendant who denies threatening behaviour, but who has made a career as a dominatrix and appearances in femdom videos is not easy either.'
The judge ruled in her favour, meaning Miss Bell kept the company, but Mr Dawson took the case to the Court of Appeal, where three judges have now confirmed the ruling.
Lord Justice Longmore has now dismissed Mr Dawson's appeal, but said the marathon legal battle had been 'disastrous' for all concerned, with Miss Bell also put to 'grief, annoyance and trouble'.

The court heard that the pair first met in 2002 after Mr Dawson saw Miss Bell's videos and arranged sessions at her home in Masters Lodge, Tower Hamlets.
Soon they were a couple and, in 2004, set up Adwelsh Media Ltd to make and distribute female domination porn movies, with Miss Bell starring in many.
She had a 51 per cent stake, with Mr Dawson owning the rest, and the company was an 'almost immediate' success, said Judge Havelock-Allan.
It allowed Mr Dawson to give up his £60,000-a-year sales job and work fulltime for the company.
In 2006, they paid £850,000 for a lavish property to use as their headquarters in quaint Little Sodbury village, near Bristol, in South Glos.
However, the relationship cooled off and in December 2007 ended completely, with Mr Dawson moving into another flat of theirs in Georges Square, Bristol.
The break-up was initially amicable, but as their assets began to be split up a dispute arose over the company, which the judge said was worth about £500,000.

Mr Dawson claimed that, when he had earlier agreed to sell his part of the company to Miss Bell, he had done so under pressure from her.
At the High Court in Bristol, Judge Havelock-Allan rejected his claim of 'duress', but cast doubt on the reliability of either party's testimony.
He said: 'There is an old adage that it is unwise to mix business with pleasure. This case is perhaps a paradigm example.'
He said Ms Bell had been 'a quietly spoken and almost diminutive figure' in the witness box, but that too did not reveal her full character, said the judge.
'I am certain that, beneath the relatively composed exterior which she presented in court, she is a tough individual,' he said.
'I doubt it is possible to make a career in the adult entertainment industry without having that attribute.'
At the Court of Appeal Lord Justice Longmore, sitting with Lord Justice Tomlinson and Lord Justice Sales, rejected Mr Dawson's appeal, but said he would give his reasons at a later date.
Miss Bell's barrister, Matthew Mason, criticised the appeal as 'hopeless' from the start.
Mr Dawson, he said, had been left with 'absolutely no money' and would have no way of paying Miss Bell's legal costs.
He added: 'Miss Bell is now heavily in debt and has been vexed to no end.
'Mr Dawson has sought to cause as much grief, upset and costs to her as possible, as is evident from his conduct.'

The scene starts out typically enough. An exhausted, blood-covered man jumps into a car and peels out of the area with a prone, bloodied female body lying in the back seat. As he drives away, however, she watches. Before he can notice the change, she’s turned around, raised her legs, and wrapped them around his neck.
It’s equal parts sadistic and erotic as she perches on her shoulders, her skirt riding up to reveal her garter belt and panties. She isn’t serious and focused, but delightfully cackling, her eyes closed as if she just heard the funniest joke. He swerves left and right, struggling for air and failing to stop her as blood smears all over the car.
He crashes and is knocked unconscious. With her hands cuffed behind her back she crawls to the front, kicks out the windshield, grabs an envelope with her teeth, and wiggles her way out. Leg warfare often adds a sense of reality to the proceedings, as women use flexibility to their advantage, but with Gina Carano, an ex-MMA fighter shooting a scene without a score to manipulate the tension in Steven Soderbergh’s Haywire , the prowess feels even more real. She punches, kicks and spars with Michael Fassbender, neither of them gaining the upper hand until she kicks him through a door.
He tries to emotionally manipulate her, and she doesn’t bite. She keeps fighting, ultimately wrapping her legs around his neck and cutting his air supply until he loses consciousness. While he’s delirious, she shoots him dead. There is no glee; just cold, calculated skill.
Mystique might not be the creative result to one woman’s fighting experience like Haywire , but her character gets to do the most varied and interesting things with her legs, whether she’s played by Rebecca Romijn or Jennifer Lawrence. She pins, smacks and kicks with ease.
She even flips to and fro, uses her legs to poke through her cell and take out a guard, procure his keys and free herself. Her legs aren’t those of a regular woman. They spin and work just as seamlessly as her arms and make her into a smoothly lethal human death star.
If there’s one overarching theme in Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez’s grindhouse double bill, it’s that there’s nothing more memorable, or deadly, than the female leg. In Tarantino’s installment Death Proof , Rosario Dawson, Tracy Thorns and Zoe Bell are women joyriding in a 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T (with Bell hanging onto the hood) when they come across murderer Stuntman Mike (Kurt Russell). He fails to kill them, so they pull him out of his car and repeatedly punch him until Bell roundkicks him to the ground and Dawson unleashes the death blow ( just like Mae Whitman would try years later in Scott Pilgrim ) – one swift heel to the head. It isn’t fancy; just efficient.
The fanciness is saved for Rose McGowan’s Cherry Darling in Planet Terror . She loses a leg only to gain a better one – a machine gun with a preternatural ability to know exactly when to shoot. Instead of thigh squeezing or high kicks, her deadly wrath is one iconic prosthetic that overshadows the rest of the film – even Bruce Willis.
Where Cherry is only missing one leg, Isabella Rossellini’s Lady Helen Port-Huntley is missing two – after a car accident, drunken buffoon Fyodor Kent cuts off her good leg before her compromised leg. Years later, during her sad music competition, son Chester (Mark McKinney) plays as she stands before her crowds in glorious glass legs filled with beer. But the Kent family is a curse on her body, and Chester’s music cracks them open until she falls to the ground.
He tries to smooth over the situation, but there’s not much sympathy left for you when you’re involved with a woman’s leg destruction not once, but twice. Lady Port-Huntley stabs him, repeatedly, with a remnant of her glass leg and finally has her revenge.
It’s a pity Aeon Flux did so poorly, because it used Charlize Theron as a female superhero assassin, it was directed by a woman and most of all, Aeon’s fighting moves are really, really cool. Much like Mystique, she moves, bends and uses all appendages with ease – especially when killing henchmen.
The montage of her kills reveals a character who employs many techniques. Her death-by-thighs is swift and effective, and only beat by her ability to flip on her hands and use the power of her legs to quickly bring a man down. She even kills with a shard of glass, but sadly, all that skill couldn’t defeat critics and the box office.
