FutureFounder is hiring a Program Associate Fellow.
This is a full-time, 6-month paid fellowship for someone early in their career who wants real, hands-on experience across a growing remote organization. Fellows contribute across multiple functions depending on organizational needs, including HR, operations, remote hospitality, and social media.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Eager to contribute across different areas of an organization, not just one function
- No specific degree required, but candidates must demonstrate strategic thinking and professional communication
How the selection process works:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an introductory interview where we walk you through the fellowship and next steps. From there, candidates complete two independent deliverables that assess analytical thinking, research, and communication. The process is fully remote.
Compensation: $500 USD per month
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of an offer at the end
Start date: July 2025
