At Wildflower Studio, this imagination comes to life with their Art Jamming with Cats sessions. This innovative concept merges the joy of creative expression with the warmth of interacting with adorable feline friends. Of course, it's no surprise to us that this beautiful studio was recently awarded TripAdvisor's Traveler's Choice Awards 2023, meaning that they are in the top 10% of attractions worldwide.

The session includes all art materials to let your creativity flow as you engage in a unique form of artistic expression, whether it's on canvas, a wooden board, tote bags or even nesting dolls! Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, the studio welcomes all skill levels.

Different Strokes for Different Folks: Choosing Your Experience

Wildflower Studio understands that everyone has their own preferences. That's why they offer two distinct types of sessions here:

1. Semi-Guided Art Jam with Cats (from $48)

In this option, you decide how much the experienced instructors support your artistic process - there are 3 levels of guidance provided, helping you bring your vision to life while preserving your artistic process. Semi-guided sessions are typically available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

This happens in the playful presence of the Wildflower Kitties who may even provide ‘tips’ of their own! If you're lucky enough to snag them, the 10am slots include a chaotic and memorable time feeding breakfast to the Wildflower Kitties to experience a slice of cat ownership 🐟.

2. Chill Out with Cats ($20/hour, 30min extensions available)

If you prefer a more laid-back approach, this session allows you to paint and pet at your pace. Let your creativity flow while you bond with the cats on your own terms! Extensions are also available for those of us paw-sitively obsessed with the Wildflower Kitties ($8/30min on weekdays and $10/30min on weekends and Public Holidays).

A Paw-sitive Impact: Giving Back to the Community

Wildflower Studio is not just a place of creativity and companionship; it's also a hub of compassion and generosity. Their commitment to giving back to society shines through their partnership with independent cat rescuers via Wildflower Acatemy!

They meet the rescue cats where they are, from neonatal kittens all the way to senior cats, regardless of whether they have existing medical conditions or trust issues with hoomans. These cats are nursed back to health, socialised to hoomans, and showcased to the general public via the Art Jamming platform, enhancing their chances of finding their forever homes. As of August 31, 2023, they have fostered an incredible 142 cats and successfully rehomed 86 of them!

But their impact doesn't stop there. Wildflower Studio extends its reach beyond their artistic haven. Through their monthly program supported by Volkswagen Singapore called "Purrs for Hearts," they offer complimentary sessions at National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Health Nursing Home to uplift the lives of residents with mobility challenges. These heartwarming sessions allow residents to engage with cats, promoting physical mobility and emotional well-being!

Chibi (est 15 years old)

Chibi is a vocal and affectionate kitty, she is suspected to be hard of hearing as her meows are a little loud but she becomes softer when she manages to catch your attention! Chibi has lived a challenging life, and she's looking for a loving home with good food and cuddles.

Bluey (est 8 years old)

Feeling hot on a sunny day? Don't worry, Bluey is here to cool you down! With a white coat like his, when she is walking around, you may feel a cool breeze pass you! Bluey was a stray who is retired as she has stage 1 kidney disease, but a good diet will help to keep her healthy. She's an affectionate kitty who loves to be patted!

Minimoo (est 7 years old)

Looks like a mini version of a cow, but still the bigger version of a cat. Minimoo is one of the chonkier cats at the studio and will rub against you to get more love and affection! He's a little bit shy right now so if you do see him, go straight for a chin rub before he zooms away! (p.s his tail looks weird right now but it will grow back soon)

Nala (est 2 years old)

Everybody at Wildflower studio calls her Mama Nala because of how affectionate she is! When you approach her for the first time, she will come right into your arms and seek for rubs and pats from you. Don't believe us? Head down to the studio and try it out! She has gone through hard moments but we hope for her new family to pamper her lots and lots!

Chonk & Chunk for paired adoption (est 3 months old)

Chonk is one of our tiniest yet most energetic kitties around! He’s got a pair of built-in white socks, which is probably why he always looks so fuzzy. Because he constantly moves around in socks, he’s been slowly building a secret power source of kinetic energy, making him both prickly and playful. Although there are limits to his energy, perhaps you can help him recharge his batteries for his next round of play…

Unlike Chonk, Chunk can’t seem to get rid of all his energy! Despite his small stature, he seems to be one of the most dramatic kittens around…A serial screamer and feet chaser, he won’t stop until you give him your absolute attention. Being both an energetic and dramatic kitty has its perks, so if you’re looking for a 24/7 playmate…then maybe this kitty is right for you!
