Shardify charges some fees. They can be nominated in TON or in the issued tokens depending on the pool. Fees help to maintain service or to provide liquidity on the market.

Remember that Shardify is a platform operating on the TON blockchain, so blockchain network fees (~0.1 TON) are charged when using it.
