February 2025 update proposal
CoreWe propose validators to vote for the following change of network configs:
Config parameter 8
(capabilities version:8 capabilities:494)
will be changed to
(capabilities version:9 capabilities:494)
This change will activate a few improvements on TVM and transaction executor level to make developers life easier. Full list is here.

This change is one of the steps of gradual release of Accelerator, in particular monitor_min_split parameter tells the Accelerator nodes the minimal shard of the network they need to watch and check.
This update will not change the behavior of current validator nodes from master branch since all nodes monitor the whole chain.
