Where are the H scenes in each route?

I am playing through the VN for the first time and would like to see both the H scenes and the alternates. Is it possible to save, read the h scene, then reload the save and turn off h scenes to read the alternate? Also, as with my post title where are the scenes so I know when to do this?
Fate H scene 1: About halfway through after you escape from the castle Einzbern, and leave Archer behind, to hide in the shed
2: Near the end when you and Saber get back to the house from your date after having a fight, splitting up, reuniting, making up, and beating Gilgamesh
UBW:Near the end when you're just about to head to the final battle and Rin calls you to her room.
Specifically for HF: Day 5, after the second intermission. Day 9, as Shirou goes back to his room for the night. Day 11, after returning home from patrol. Day 12, after the second intermission. Yes, that's more than the other routes put together. It makes sense in context.
When the voices stop and the soundtrack makes you feel like you're in an aquarium, you know you're in the H scene. But either way you can always go back and if you've seen a scene before you can skip it, so you can skip to where you want to be.
As far as saving before a scene - you need to save in the scene before the H scene in order to swap into the other scene, and the scene transitions are a little hard to pick unless they're intermissions. As such, it's probably easier to skip through chunks from an earlier save rather than saving when you think stuff is getting steamy.

does Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua still have the H scenes ?
i seen a lot of people say that the h scenes are cut on the realta nua version but some say you can chose to turn it on or off so does that mean the H scenes are still in the realta nua version ?
They are available on a fan patch. The same patch used for English translation.
The original base game no.
Not a problem for Fate or Unlimited Blade Work routes (they're superficial there) but more or less
heavily weakens Heaven's Feel story.
Even the thearetical anime adaptions of Heaven's Feel keeps some of them in, story wise.
