The rope and the water really didn't slow her down at all so she pretty much feel onto her knees from 20+ feet up as a heavy girl. She honestly could have died from this.

Even the most physically fit person can fuck up the swing. Hands could slip off the rope from it getting soaked from multiple swings or some kind of gunky build up from the area exposure, the rope could snap, the branch could break, etc.. There are too many WCGW scenarios when swinging from a rope over something that you don't want to land on.
