Preparation of transport documents
Documents specific to air freight must be prepared. Direct AWB, Back-to-Back AWB, Master AWB, and House AWB are the international names for the forms. We will gladly assist you in preparing the Air Waybill and these customs documents, such as the Export Accompanying Document or EUR1 Movement Certificate, in order to provide you with the best possible support on this front. Onboard courier service

Upon arrival at the airport, your customer receives the goods directly or we handle the transport of the goods to their final destination.
The active and passive cooling of temperature-controlled goods
Cooling temperature-controlled goods involves active and passive cooling.
Active cooling maintains the temperature of cold-sensitive products throughout their transportation route. This might be maintained by setting a temperature specification of, say, +15 to +25 degrees Celsius.
There is the possibility of passive cooling of the shipment, depending on the product and package. This temperature specification applies only to the flight and the airport warehouse during storage. While the shipment can be brought to the aircraft by a temperature-controlled vehicle, time delays on the tarmac can occur, which makes it impossible to guarantee that the temperature specification can be met.
