This book about “Farting” will make you and your children laugh and laugh and laugh. In 2008, Sandra, also known as “The Princess” lost her memory and was diagnosed with brain cancer (CNS Lymphoma). She had 8 cycles of chemo therapy over 6 months and after her treatment she wrote 15 books about funny things that occurred during her treatment. All of the “Farting” she did made “The Princess” roar with lots of laughter! The Princess had a lot of gas in her from all of the broccoli she ate and this made her really laugh and laugh and laugh. Find out more when you read all about The Princess and her Prince and the farting and laughter in this book.The Farting Princess is one of now 23 books in the series – “Adventures of The Princess” that are about funny things that happened when The Princess was in and out of the hospital for the chemo treatment over a 6 month period.Sandra also had cancer when she was 14 years old so she can relate both from a child’s and an adult’s perspective. Laughter is the best medicine when someone is sick and not feeling well. Children both healthy and unwell will enjoy reading these true stories and gain so much from them. And making farting sounds while reading the book is the best part. 50% of the net profits will be given to cancer prevention, research and cure. Children - both boys and girls, ages, 2 - 14 years old will enjoy reading this children's book and the other books in the series. Kids and their parents will have a good laugh from them and see that laughter and sharing our stories brings encouragement.

The Farting Princess is one of those books that children will read over and over again. Why? Because it will make them laugh about something that grown ups don't speak about but something that kids find hilarious - farting!! The book is based on a true story - a farting Princess! Who would have thought. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that loves to see children laugh and loose themselves in that place which we should all aim to find!
Beautifully told funny story, and beautiful illustrations.

As a four time survivor of cancer, and children’s author, Sandra knows a lot about staying calm and focused and all about laughter. And lots of it.
Sandra was born in Canada and moved to Hong Kong after being on a holiday to Hong Kong where she met an Australian man named David who she had fallen in love with. They were married on top of a mountain in Hong Kong and started travelling the world together. They both loved travelling the world and sharing their photographs they would take to inspire people to travel and realize that we are all one.
In 2008 Sandra lost her memory after being on one of their holidays and was diagnosed with brain cancer CNS – Central Nervous System Lymphoma. She had 8 cycles of chemotherapy over a 6 month period. After her treatment, Sandra wrote 15 books about funny things that occurred during her treatment to make children and their parents laugh and to give 50% of her net profits to cancer prevention, research and cure.
Sandra can relate from both a child’s perspective as well as an adult’s perspective. When she was 14 years old she had a lump in her neck that was diagnosed as Hodgkin’s disease, a type of childhood cancer.
In 2019 Sandra did a breast exam and felt a lump in her breast and it was diagnosed as early stage breast cancer. Due to the heavy does of radiation she had when she was 14, which they have realized was too much and do not use as much now, it gave her an increased chance of getting breast cancer.
She has now written 2 more books about this experience for a child to understand again in a funny way and is working on getting the rest of her books illustrated.
Her books have helped children who are coping with a physical illness as well as a mental illness. The ones who have had a mental illness after hearing Sandra’s story and reading her books these children chose to shift their thoughts to more powerful ones which Sandra is so grateful for.
In her books is a special teddy bear who travelled with The Princess to the hospital to keep her company.
Her husband who is her Prince, gave her so much support and love. And she says she is so lucky to have such am amazing husband and wonderful family and fabulous friends around the world.
I am very grateful to be able to share my story through my books to help support and create laughter in children and in adults as well.
My goal is to have my books in the hands of millions and millions of children around the world.
How did I know that our traveling would connect us with so many people to be able to share my story with to help and support them through their journey.
My vision is to help create a world without cancer. Thank you so very much for your support.
