How to Use Farm App

Getting Started: When you first open the app, create an account with your email, password, and farm name. Once logged in, you'll stay signed in automatically.

How do I add a farmhand? Tap the + button on the home screen to add a new farmhand. Enter their name and select a color to identify them.

How do I assign tasks? Tap on a farmhand's name to open their task list, then use the Add Task button to create and assign tasks with priority levels (Urgent, Normal, Low).

Can I track equipment? Yes! Use the Equipment tab to add your farm equipment, log hours, track maintenance history, and report issues.

How do delivery reminders work? When you schedule a delivery, reminders appear on the farmhand's page. Same-day deliveries are highlighted with a TODAY badge.

How do I report a problem? Use the Reports tab to submit problem reports with priority levels and categories. Managers can review and resolve reports from the dashboard.

How does the time clock work? Farmhands can clock in and out from their task page. Managers can view all active clocks and labor hours from the Dashboard tab.

Can I request time off? Yes, time-off requests can be submitted from a farmhand's page. Managers can approve or deny requests.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in: Make sure you're using the correct email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 6 characters.

My data isn't showing: Each account has its own separate farm data. Make sure you're logged into the correct account. Try pulling down to refresh.

App is running slowly: Try closing and reopening the app. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
