This app would be a great app IF it actually worked. 9 times out of 10 it closes suddenly, usually a minute or two after opening, with "Amazon Appstore could not connect to the Internet." My Internet access works fine and my other apps don't have any connectivity problems. I was told that Amazon Appstore requires a very, very stable Internet connection as it must constantly connect to the Internet. I don't understand why the developer chose this platform when he could have published on the Google Play Store like everyone else. I regret paying the amount I did for it.

This app is absolutely amazing, it registers everything I needed it to do from a tuners perspective. However I would like to add some pointers. I would like to be able to alter the look of the "gauges". I like how RPM and boost are made into a bar type gauge, but perhaps I would like the injection quantity to look the same or the other way round. Also the data points on the top of the page, I would like to be able to rearrange them how I see fit. As far as logging goes, I would like to be able to determine the datasets I need it to log. As a lot of the data is irrelevant for what I would like it to do. Maybe by disabling the ones I dont need or limiting the number of selected measuring points, we can increase the rate somehow? For the plotted datalog chart, maybe a smoothing function would be nice to display the curves? Also adding a simple button to start and end a log on the main screen would be superhandy.

Good OBDII scanning software (app) that works well with my ELM327 in my wife's troublesome Peugeot 207CC. The font is very small on my Nexus 7 tablet, however the clearing of error codes works. Why not 4 stars? Well, the answer is that next to German software Carly for BMW Pro (also available for MB and Audi), FAP falls short.

I've had torque but I changed my ecu for another one and torque can't read. With this app can read the ecu great. Please keep update the application for new test function and also read code gearbox. 100% recommended

The app works perfectly. One inconvenience, for that and 4 stars. From time to time requires access to Amazon, but because the adapter is connected via wifi, then there are problems and I have to delete the application, save settings, copy files.. There is no possibility to put a bluetooth adapter, the head works only in the hands-free mode. It would be great to teach the application to work with usb devices. Then it would be 5 stars.

I have just purchased for my 2018 3008 GT line and it does not recognize the ECU. I think my car ECU is "MD1CS003" and it is in your list of supported ECUs. ... Please help I emailed you the log also.

When last update was made, i can't update application . I uninstall application and now i can't install it. APP is downloading, after download it report installing and after few seconds blue button "install" remain active. I try several times , i reinstall amazon app ...same situation. reboot phone, shootdown phone....same sittuation. Phone have more then 3GB free space . Please see picture attached. Can you have any sugestion?

Great app and has shown me fault codes the Citroen dealer was clearing!

This works! Seen DPF cycles go through and allows me to keep my engine top notch. The app writer also got back to me to clarify the fault code It showed was credible despite the main dealer, namely Toomey Southend, saying they couldn't find it in their manuals ... All in all get it if you have mechanical sympathy / wan't to understand what your engine etc. is doing in order to look after it / give it the best chance of a long life and know about fault codes main dealers will clear / hide under warranty or charge your for when not. Ultimately you can become informed about your car/ van with it or remain in the dark without it for the sake of £8.00 ish and a credible £25 ish Bluetooth code reader. For me, as an engineer, it is a no brainier. Lastly, thanks to the developer. you have really helped me!

Hmmm, it's a bit meh

While it can see "generic data" it's error code set do not correctly identify errors on the ABS, BSI ECUs, so really it's a bit pointless, also it's hugely ''intermittent' when trying to clear codes I ended up running diagnosis with Peugeot Diagbox and it showed two ABS sensors in fault all the while this app showed a CANBUS error communicating with the ABS module. So the actual fault cost me £45 in parts, but what this app suggested would have cost me £600 in a new ABS pump and all the brakes bleeding and still would not have repaired the fault. So like I stated at the start of this review, its ok to show "generic" information, but it's about as generic as other versions of similar software are, but those others are free

Saved me a lot of money

I had a problem with my 9-year-old diesel Citroen Picasso and got a mobile mechanic out to do an electronic diagnostics on it. The symptoms and the fault code on his generic diagnostics machine suggested a diesel additive problem. He quoted a price of £173 but with "no guarantee that it would solve the problem" as there may be addition things that would need doing after (a process of elimination starting with the most likely cause) After doing some research I came across the FAP app so purchased it along with a cheap bluetooth OBD2, and within minutes of running the diagnostics, the app suggested the fault was in fact a fuel problem. I purchased a new fuel filter for less than £20, fitted it myself and the car subsequently runs fantastic again. The advantage with this app is it was created specifically for Citroen/Peugeot engines and runs almost the same diagnostics as a main dealer machine. Most mechanics will only have a diagnostics machine giving generic fault codes which as I found out can be misleading

Great piece of software

I have a 2008 Citroen C5 which sometimes has a problem resulting in the particulate filter not regenerating. With this software I've been able locate one problem - fuel pressure drops - which was cured by replacing the fuel filter. The car still occasionally goes into limp mode if a regen hasn't taken place but I keep an eye on it and make sure I give it a good thrashing every now and then. My only reservation is that occasionally errors don't clear or the software tells me the car is still running and can't clear when the engine is off. At such times I have to use Torque to clear the errors. Hence the loss of a star. A massive positive is how quickly the developer responds to queries.

App has not been updated since Sept 2020

Updates claim to have updated software versions for supported ECUs. My ECU was updated Sept 2019 and the app no longer worked. Sent files and details to developer several times, but no reply. The last update Sept should have updated my ECU, but it did not. I even offered to send the PIDs, but no reply. Ended up using Torue Pro with cusom PIDs instead. Lack of updates would suggest that this app is no longer supported.
