My girlfriend is into doing some really kinky things to me. She has done ballbusting (jump kicks, punching, biting, etc) and cock sounding. She now wants to perform ball skewering which we have never done before. I understand that it is basically piercing the testicles with long thin needles (like acupuncture) through one end and out the other. Skewering your testes is a highly unsafe and dangerous procedure. In the first place there is no way to ensure that the needles are totally sterile and therefore infection may be introduced deep into your testes. Secondly, since the testes are out of sight inside your scrotum you cannot tell if there is severe bleeding.
Don't let her do tis to you, even if she says she's done it before. You risk permanent infertility as a minimum and total loss of the testes as a significant possibility - or even death through severe sepsis.
Don't do this! It's not safe! If not done right it could make you infertile, you would essentially be castrating yourself.
