An eighth-grade teacher in Arizona and her husband have lost their school jobs after they recorded OnlyFans videos in her classroom — a side hustle she claimed was necessary to supplement their low salaries.
Using the alias “Khloe Karter,” Thunderbolt Middle School science teacher Samantha Peer uploaded the X-rated videos for her OnlyFans page, which her students found and shared among themselves, the Today’s News-Herald reported .
Her husband, Nautilus Elementary School fourth-grade teacher Dillon Peer, also took part in the adult productions inside the Lake Havasu Unified School District building, according to the report.
Samantha said she resigned “under pressure” Oct. 31 after being placed on paid administrative leave and probation. Dillon was let go four days later.
On Friday, she released a video explaining that she and her hubby resorted to creating X-rated videos because of their low salaries.
“My children are the most important thing to me, and I’m already spending countless hours outside of my contract time on extra school activities, and I don’t think it’s fair that I have to sacrifice my own children’s time because our professional salary did not pay enough,” she said, WFLA reported .
Samantha said she began creating the content at the beginning of the summer to help cover her needs.
“It got to a point where our family was not able to survive on our two teachers’ income,” she said.
“I chose an anonymous name as well as blocking the entire state of Arizona on OnlyFans so it wasn’t accessible to anyone living in the state,” Samantha explained.
The teacher admitted she created explicit content in a classroom and advertised it, but claimed she did so after school hours on the weekend with no students present.
It was unclear how the students found her content, which they circulated among themselves.
Samantha said she was placed on administrative leave after a community member notified the district about the content on Oct. 24.
“Two days later, I had asked that an individual that was assigned to my case be removed because they had created a hostile work environment between me and other co-workers for several years during my employment,” she said.
“I did not feel safe with them knowing this information, and I felt that they would spread it in retaliation for their own personal vendetta,” Samantha added.
She said she was told if she resigned before a school board meeting, the district would not publicize the sordid matter — but the images were then shared among teachers.

“These teachers were also telling students my anonymous name and showing them my page,” Samantha alleged. “This was also sent to the parents and they decided to do the same thing as well.”
On Nov. 7, the school notified parents about students sharing the explicit videos.
“It has come to our attention that students have been airdropping explicit material. The images did not happen during the school day and the person depicted no longer works for LHUSD,” the email said, Arizona’s Family reported .
“Please remove all images from your child’s phone and talk with them about the appropriate use of technology,” it added.
No criminal charges have been filed against the educator, the news outlet said.
“I am absolutely outraged. Our kids shouldn’t have been exposed to this,” said Alea Bilski, the mother of an eighth-grader, adding that Samantha’s account was linked to her non-alias social media pages.
“If it was ‘just’ an Only Fans account I wouldn’t be as upset because then that would 100% be on the kids’ parents, but this was public and an easy Google search to find everything,” Bilski told the News-Herald.
Another parent, Kristina Minor, said Samantha “was sharing these links to her sex site on her social media accounts, which are public, [on] which children follow her.”
Minor said the teacher used her school yearbook photo on OnlyFans on a post that says, “Who wants to be my next teacher’s pet?”
“I’m a taxpayer. I am not paying these teachers to film pornograhy. They’re being paid to teach our kids, and set higher standards for them,” she said.
Schools spokeswoman Andrea Helart told the News-Herald that the district cannot comment on personnel matters.

In the US, same-sex unions have been guaranteed by the Supreme Court since 2015.
A bill to give same-sex marriages federal protection advanced Wednesday in the US Senate with rare bipartisan support, as Democrats rushed to preserve such unions while they still control Congress.
A dozen Republicans joined all 50 Democrats in the chamber in clearing a procedural hurdle requiring 60 'yes' votes so the bill on a once deeply divisive issue can move on to the full Senate.
President Joe Biden's Democrats retained control of the Senate by a razor-thin edge in last week's midterm elections but Republicans are expected to win the lower House of Representatives, albeit also by a thin majority.
That heralds a divided legislature and gridlock come January when the new Congress is sworn in.
In the United States, same-sex unions have been guaranteed by the Supreme Court since 2015.
But after the court's historic overturning of a longstanding ruling protecting the right to abortion earlier this year, many progressives fear that same-sex marriage may also be under threat.
In mid-July, the House of Representatives passed a law to protect such unions across the country. All House Democrats and 47 Republicans supported the bill, but nearly 160 Republicans opposed it.
After it clears the Senate -- a vote is expected soon but no date has been set -- the bill now must go back to the House again for a final vote.
"Love is love, and Americans should have the right to marry the person they love," Biden said in a statement in which he vowed to sign the bill once it was passed. "Today's bipartisan vote brings the United States one step closer to protecting that right in law."
The bill passed Wednesday does not require states to legalize same-sex marriage. But it does require them to recognize same-sex marriages from other states.
So if the Supreme Court were to overturn the 2015 ruling that legalized same-sex marriages, a state that bans them will still have to recognize such unions carried out in other states.
Polls show a strong majority of Americans back same-sex marriage but it is still contentious. Thirty-seven Republicans voted 'no' on Wednesday and the religious right remains mostly opposed to such unions.
The Republican minority leader, Mitch McConnell, who wields great influence over his caucus, voted against the bill.

Welcome back to How I Made It , Metro.co.uk’s weekly career journey series.
This week we’re delving into the world of digital sex work with Cherry the Mistress , a US-based sex content creator who has an OnlyFans page among other platforms.
The 20-year-old left her job as a barista after watching her salary steadily climb in the online sex industry.
Cherry hasn’t shaved in the two years she’s been making sex content either, building up a legion of fans who love her natural hair and empowered approach.
This makes her presence in the sex space unique too, as she decided to go this way after realising she had been removing her body hair for years for people other than herself – leading her to turn her back on shaving.
Here’s how she made her career happen.
Hey Cherry. How long have you been creating hairy sex content?
I’ve been making hairy content for exactly two years now.
Before sex work, I was working as a barista at a coffee shop for over three years.
What made you first think working in the sex/erotic content industry was something you wanted to do?
When I was in college, I was really broke and was barely able to pay all my bills.
I saw the success that other people have had doing adult content and I have always been a sexual person who liked to express myself that way, so I thought why not give it a try?
Had anyone introduced you to the idea or did you think of it alone? Did you go in having researched first?
I remember seeing the hype of OnlyFans at the start of the pandemic and I wondered if I could ever do that.
I thought about starting for a few months before I finally set up my own account to really make sure this was something that I wanted to do.
I researched a lot in the beginning, because I had no clue what I was doing.
Now doing this for two years, I have learned so much and am always learning everyday.
To keep myself safe, I do not share where I’m from or what state I’m in to anyone.
I also am a big homebody and don’t leave my house often.
The world is so crazy as it is and I want to avoid any adverse circumstances.
Long-term, is this what you want to do, or do you have other plans and ideas?
I really love what I do, so I want to do this for as long as possible.
I’ve also been posting videos on YouTube recently and want to continue doing that.
For the future, I have a lot of ideas. I have thought about getting into the housing market or starting my own clothing company or modelling for clothing brands.
Do you think platforms like OnlyFans have made sex content work safer for people and more accessible? Has it democratised that space a bit in your opinion?
Absolutely. I think online sex work platforms has made sex work so much safer for people.
There’s less of a risk than doing FSW (full service sex work), because you’re less likely to be sexually harassed (though you can still be harassed online), human trafficked, or contract STDs.
What do you earn in an average month?
I can make anywhere from $18k-$20k a month.
8am-10am : She wakes up, responds to DMs from subscribers, posts on all social media accounts.
11am-12pm : Cherry hits the gym, then gets ready.
1pm-4pm : Cherry makes videos (both for social media and for explicit sites), and then takes pictures (explicit and SFW).
5pm-8pm : She schedules and queues content for all her sites, networks with other models, edits videos, answers emails.
9pm-10pm : Time to chat with subscribers, send out PPV videos to those who buy them.
11pm-midnight : She researches, reads group chats she is in, then finally calls it a night.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love my subscribers. I have known quite a few of them for a long time and the connections I make with them is really special to me.
I talk to them everyday and I talk to them even more than I do to my friends in my personal life.
I also really love the freedom I have, and of course, the money I make is certainly a huge plus.
How I Do It: 'I'm proposing to my partner this week - she fixed my relationship with sex'
Get ready for open-casting, guardrailing and ethical sex-ploration in 2023
A man I dated once sent a video of him having sex with a woman that looked like me
There’s definitely a lot about this job that can be tough, like how unstable it is, how people constantly objectify you and don’t take you seriously, unsolicited dick pics, and how isolating it can be.
However, what can be the most mentally taxing is constantly being deplatformed.
I, along with a lot of other sex workers, spend so much time and effort building our online presence and social media apps will ban and delete us randomly.
However, celebrities or people who are verified on these apps can post such provocative photos and don’t get penalised.
