Sex is an act mentioned throughout the Fallout series.
The choice of sexual partners is seen to be a significant element of an individual's life, potentially with repercussions depending on their culture. Heterosexuality is most common and most widely accepted, while homosexuality and bisexuality are less common, and social acceptance varies, sometimes greatly.[1]
Individuals may choose partners outside of their own immediate species.[2][3] Some humans are attracted to ghouls, yet sexual intercourse between a human and a ghoul can also transmit diseases with symptoms including discoloration, a rash, pustules and radioactive residue in the groin area.[4][5]
The Great War has loosened social norms related to sex, and the emergence of distinct cultures in the wasteland has resulted in new social norms that aim to regulate human sexual behavior for a variety of purposes.

Knight: "Wait... wait a minute. Look. Some things in the NCR are... aren't ideal. But I want to help. If you need something repaired... let me know, I can sign the work order. As long as caps change hands, I can put them back in yours."
The Courier: "So is that a "no," you don't want to be friends, or..."
