Male: I love, love, love Breeze's Male Body. Easy to install, via scripted FOMOD, it has most of the DLC stuff converted, and Mavrosh's awesome tattooed skin texture is compatible with it. Female: I have no preference, and since I rarely go for modded clothes for my female characters in Fallout, it doesn't make much difference to me.

Usually such body replacers will have the file placement arranged in their respective folders that correspond to placement in your fallout 3 data folder. Just follow that and be mindful if there are optional meshes/textures to use (Use only one texture/mesh, not all of them.)
