A TIKTOK video shows an older man groping a woman aboard a Spirit Airlines flight - and the teen says no one intervened.
"The man was like 50-60s and I was so uncomfy @spiritairlines #fyp#foryou #harassmentawareness," read the video's caption, which was posted to TikTok.
"On my flight to California the man behind kept touching my arms and boobs," the video started.
The video shows the woman sitting in the window seat leaning back when she moves to show the man's hand grasping for air between the seat gap.
Posted on Wednesday night by the user @ mobilesushibar , the woman says she showed the video to Spirit flight attendants and those in her proximity, only to be ignored.
"And when I confronted him and showed the video to everyone around me and the flight attendants I was told to sit down and stay quiet 😐," the video narrated. "F you spirit airlines."
The poster got plenty of supportive messages following the video, with people urging she file a suit against Spirit.
"I’d yell and scream and make a scene, everyone needs to know," wrote one user.
"[T]hey told me to sit down and be quiet, and my mom told me the same," she added.
"@spiritairlines what are you going to do about this?!? This is APPALLING!!!" wrote another commenter.
The video has been watched over 810,000 times and has over 255,000 likes and comments since it was posted two days ago.
In a subsequent set of videos, the woman said she boarded the plane at 6AM with her family and sat in separate seats.
She said she then switched with a woman who wanted the aisle seat.
She said she was getting settled and began reading a book when she "felt a slight tough like something was caressing me right here"
"I wonder what this feeling could be, it was really subtle, and I reached my hand over and touched his finger tips," she continued.
She then texted her sister to tell her that she was being groped. "I thought it would stop there because he knows that I know that he was touching me because I touched his fingertips."
After some time passed and she resumed the previous position so she can read, "it happened again, so this is when I was like I can tell he's trying to reach for my boobs."
"So I have to sit there through an hour of harassment," she added to get video of him to show the flight attendants.
"He was trying to deny it," she said after showing them the video "and I was told to please calm down, sit down, be quiet."
"That made me really upset that no one cared that I was going through that for so long."
"The fact that I had to sit there and collect evidence for nothing speaks volumes."

A "cunning" paedophile who posed as a casting agent on Facebook to lure young girls into sending indecent videos of themselves has been jailed.
Daniel Berry offered fake modelling opportunities in a bid to exploit his 16 victims, aged between 12 and 15.
He "deliberately offered preposterous amounts of money" as well as "the pretence of a glamorous lifestyle and gifts", Judge Tina Landale said.
Berry, 31, was jailed for 10 years at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.
Between January 2018 and January 2019 he posed as a casting agent, initiating contact on Facebook before moving the conversation on to a mobile messaging app, a court heard.
The court heard how Berry, from Prestwich, would request photographs and videos of his targets before he enticed them into explicit poses.
As Berry's victims became wary of his increasing demands and lack of payment, he threatened to post their videos online and sue them for wasting his time if they did not comply.
He told some girls they were his "new star" and one victim was offered £2m per year if she continued to send explicit videos.
Since 2012 he has also amassed more than 1,000 video recordings of child abuse, said to be the "most depraved and horrific imaginable".
He admitted 28 counts of causing or inciting children to engage in sexual activity, along with 10 counts of causing a child to watch a sexual act, five counts of distributing indecent images of children and one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image.
Berry also pleaded guilty to four counts of making more than 5,000 indecent images of children, including 1,329 classed as category A - the most serious.
Mark Shanks, defending, said in his early twenties Berry realised he had thoughts and desires that were "not normal" and wanted help.
Sentencing, Judge Landale said "these very grave offences were planned and executed with cunning".
Berry must sign the sex offenders register for life and is also subject to an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.

My sister is 10 years old, and we all try to encourage her to use her imagination and play. In this day and age, I feel like sometimes everyone (including kids) are too busy looking at screens for entertainment instead of entertaining themselves. I try to explain to her that I wish I felt like doing all the things she can, but having chronic fatigue syndrome leaves me very limited.
Naturally, she wants to play games and do things with me. We might play a game on the card table, where I can lay in the chair on the heating pad. She plays restaurant and brings me food. She made her own menu and everything. Then we swap roles and I bring her fake food.
However, after we were done playing restaurant, she wanted to play doctor. This may sound silly, possibly petty or even me just being plain sensitive. I told her alright, we can play that. She asks me why I am there, and of course, playing doctor is no fun if there is nothing wrong with you. Right? It makes sense for a kid to want to have something wrong with the other. That is what playing doctor is anyway.
I just kept hoping she would not bring up my illness. She had done it in the past. She had asked why I was there and even had a cure for it. I wish she did, I guess she wished so too. I had to explain to her over and over how it works. Do I expect her to perfectly understand? Of course not. But it sometimes seems like she does not believe me.
In the end, all she did was say I had strep throat. She then “removed” my tonsils later.
Every time she asks if I want to play doctor, my stomach drops. I am sick of doctors. I am sick of going to doctors with all sorts of things wrong with me and being told there is either nothing they can do or they do not believe me.
I hate that I am this way, and I hate that the very thought of playing doctor fills me with such dread and fear.
I hate that I am 22 years old, and I have enough diagnoses on my chart that it takes up many pages.
I hate that the smallest thing like this triggers all these emotions. I hate explaining it, so I typically don’t.
When my younger sister wants to play doctor, I do. I play with her. I swallow these emotions, because the last thing I need to do is make her feel like she needs to walk on eggshells.
I try my best to not let everything affect me personally, like when people that say, “if you do not have a wheelchair, you should not use the handicap parking.”
It’s those who refuse to believe someone as young as me can relate on a personal level to my grandmother and have numerous health problems.
It’s those using my illness as a joke or a fake reason not to have a job.
It’s those people who direct something at one population, and yet I get offended.
I feel like ableism is real, but I also feel I need to remember not everyone is aware. I was not aware til I got sick at 19. I was not aware of the world of chronic illness.
Educate those around you. Spread awareness not just for the illness you personally have, but the whole spoonie world.
