We'll take you step by step through the ordering process, but before we begin building your prosthetic, scroll down to take a look at the amazing features offered in our products
All of our prosthetics include our innovative moveable outer foreskin layer. This outer layer of skin feels amazingly close to actual foreskin. Due to the highly inventive process that we pioneered with our first ftm prosthetic, the outer skin layer can be moved and pulled independently of the main penile shaft.
*May not be as noticable on flaccid model due to the soft inner core.
Nearly unlimited skin tone choices.
We offer 18 skin tones with optional color mixing. Combine any two colors to create a custom color. To figure out just how many color options you have, we'd need the mathmatical formula, which would be 18 skin tones multiplied by the number of skin tones you could multiply together, multiplied by the number of...well, trust us. it's a lot!
Did We Forget To Mention Our Painted Color Samples?
Another first in the industry, and all new for 2020, we are now offering fully painted color samples. Free of charge. Yes, you read that right, for free! Now that's a horse of a different color. Just choose any 6 skin tones and we'll ship them to you.
All of our ftm prosthetics are painted and detailed using a highly refined technique originally pioneered for the film industry. Our improved process creates a visually stunning model of realism. Layers of color mimic the translucency found in actual skin. After the color process, we add another layer of silicone to protect and enhance, and finish it off with a matte coat for a silky, skin like appearance.
Upgrade to add a new dimension of realism to your product with our Enhanced Detail Coloration. We add additional layers of color to increase translucency. Circumcision scarring, veining, as well as freckling and texturizing put your prosthetic over the edge.
3D Scrotum With Floating, Moveable Testicles.
You have to squeeze it to believe it.
Another feature we introduced in our original product, each prosthetic includes a full 3D scrotum that features anatomically accurate testicles that float freely in a liquid silicone gel. Passing the grab test is a no brainer with this feature. Newly improved scrotum now even softer!
We introduced the Flex Rod ™ in 2009. Designed to aid in penetration, it allows the prosthetic to be positioned in a flaccid state for packing, and an erect state for play. Made entirely of lightweight plastic, the Flex Rod will not set off alarms when traveling through airport security, an important feature for frequent travelers. It's unique ball and socket construction holds it's shape whenever the moment calls.
Flaccid or Erect. Anytime. Anywhere. That's Flex Rod.
We took our prosthetics one step further this past year with our various fill options. In addition to our previous options, Flaccid Fill and Flex Rod, we've added Firm Fill, Extra Firm Fill, and 2X Firm Fill. The products have a firmer inner core, while still retaining the soft movable outer skin layers that our prosthetics are known for. With our Firm Fill variations, you are now able to use the prosthetic for penetration without the need for a Flex Rod, while still retaining the ability to pack with it.
Stimulate yourself while pleasuring your partner.
Our newest addition to the Pack n Play lineup, the Pleasure Pocket! Designed and tested to offer the ulitmate in pleasure while engaging in "extracurricular activities", the Pleasure Pocket will stimulate and enhance your sexual encounters. The inner pocket is textured and designed to simulate the feel of the human anatomy, while the outer ring is small enough to create a stimulating suction. Available on our Pack n Play models from size 4.75” and up. Recommended with any of the Firm Fill Options. Not available when choosing the Flex Rod.
Life can get hairy. So can our products.
Another feature we pioneered in this industry. Each ftm product has the option of adding hand punched synthetic or human hair. The hair is naturally curly and very closely simulates pubic hair. The hairs are individually punched into the silicone, and appear as though they are growing out of the product. This adds to the realism and doubles to help hide the attachment tab.
Take Your Product To The Next Level.
Each Pack n Play and Stand To Pee product includes our standard 6 month warranty, with the option to now purchase an extended warranty of up to 2 years. The standard warranty covers tears, coloration issues, and any other minor defects that may have been caused due to a manufacturing error. Repair or replacement of product is included.
Life is messy and accidents happen. Upgrade to have even more coverage!
Swim. Shower. Bathe. Run around naked in the rain. It won’t have any effect.
Each Pack n Play and Stand To Pee product is created using a combination of Healthcare-Grade and Prosthetic-Grade silicones. These silicones are high quality 100% Platinum Silicones, and are free of harmful Phthalates. They are completely non-toxic, safe for use on skin, as well as Hypoallergenic. The gel used for many of the inner layers, including the scrotum fill, is also platinum based and completely safe for skin contact.
Making sure your Pack n Play is free of dirt and bacteria is good practice. Luckily it's not that difficult. There are a few ways to disinfect your prosthetic. Wash it with soap and water, spray it down with our Cleansing Spray, or just toss it in your dishwasher with the daily load. Yes, you can do that!
Each product is shipped in a plain box with no identifying descriptions or photos. Only your delivery address and our business address is listed on the label. Despite the bland exterior, once you open the outer box you'll find a pleasant surprise waiting inside. Each of our Pack n Play & Stand To Pee prosthetics are sent in a sturdy box that adorns our company logo to store them in.
Each product is sealed inside air-tight plastic, and includes the following accessories:
How exactly do I apply the prosthetic? How can I clean it after each use? Our handy pamphlet answers those questions and more!
All of our Pack n Play and Stand To Pee prosthetics include a free 2oz bottle of our Cleansing Spray.
This bright orange slip of paper is placed inside your package, on the top of everyting else so you can't miss it. We know you're excited, but please take some time to read it before opening your prosthetic. It's important.
The short answer to this question is yes, at your own risk. Our pack n play prosthetics retain the ability to be used for penetration as long as a condom is used. This particular silicone is non-toxic and safe for use on skin, but was not intended for extended periods inside the body. If our customers choose to use the item for penetration, the use of a condom is required, for the safety of yourself and of your partner. This will also help reduce any risk associated with sexually transmitted diseases, as well as help to keep your prosthetic clean and in good condition.
Use only condoms that contain water-based lubricant, silicone lubricant will damage the prosthetic! Rough penetrative play or intense physical activty is not recommended...this may damage the prosthetic skin. Have fun, but please be safe and use common sense.
We've had Payment Plans for quite some time, and now we're making it even easier! We've incorporated a Payment Plan option into our checkout process, so now all you need to do is build your order as usual, and select the Payment Plan option during chekcout. No need to screenshot your order, send emails, or even call us. We'll receive your order and create a custom invoice just for you.
We're glad you asked! Our Payment Plan requires a small non-refundable deposit to get your order into the wait line. Once you make the payment (easily done using the invoice link we email you), you can make payments at any time and in any amount (using that same invoice link) until your order has been paid off. It's just that easy.
Current estimate ship time: 10-14 Weeks
That's the time it takes to process and complete your product once we receive your order. It does seem like a long time, but let us provide a little information about our process. Our products don't come off of an assembly line, like many might assume. Each product is hand made and hand painted by artists in our shop. We take our time and make sure each step is done correctly, and is made to look and feel as realistic as possible. Creating a prosthetic can take 16 business days or more, depending on the options added during the build process.
If it takes 16 business days to make, Why do I have to wait up to 14 weeks?
Unfortunately, or should we say fortunately, we receive a plethora of new orders all year long. We are a small, family owned LGBT company, and are only able to create so many products each week. Despite adding some new artists to our small team, we still continue to battle to get ahead. We hope our customers understand and appreciate the hard work, time and love we are putting into each and every product!
Many of our customers have requested a visual representation of how we measure our products. Our prosthetic's length are determined using the most common method (bone pressed method). The shaft is measured from the pubic bone arch to the tip of the penis (glans). This method was chosen as it represents the standard in the medical field when measuring genitals. Please note that the actual measurement of the chosen product may not represent the insertable length used for penetration. Insertable length is measured from where the scrotum meets the underside of the shaft, to the tip of the penis (glans). Please view the product details on each product section for insertable length.
The product displayed in the example is our 6.25" uncut, with an insertable length of 5".
PRO TIP: The average erect penis is just over 5" in length. The average girth of an erect penis is about 4.5".
Now let's get started building the perfect prosthetic just for you!

Actors go full-frontal on screen fairly frequently—have you seen Gone Girl ?—but sometimes, their body parts are...um...not their own. The needs for prosthetic penises can vary: Sometimes, actors understandably don't want millions of viewers to see what they look like fully naked. Sometimes, their characters are supposed to be packing a lot of heat. And sometimes, as in Daniel Radcliffe’s case, they have need for an on-screen erection that doubles as a compass. On that note, here are 11 famous dudes whose bits and pieces were the handiwork of Hollywood prop departments.
There’s a reason Hulu's new-ish comedy Future Man is rated TV-MA: At one point, Hutcherson's character fights a nude clone of himself, and the two doppelgangers are endowed quite differently. "There are barely limits,” Josh said on the podcast Happy Sad Confused (opens in new tab) . “Some prosthetics really push the limits.”
Chris Hemsworth went full-frontal in this 2015 comedy, but his assets were not his own. "We had a choice between an 8-inch and a 10-inch [prosthetic], and we tried them both on him in a room above the bedroom we were shooting," co-director John Francis Daley told ET (opens in new tab) . "Just the three of us alone in a room sampling penises was a very strange experience for us."
While filming the nude scene for their 2012 romance The Vow , Channing Tatum decided to prank co-star Rachel McAdams. "Channing got the props department to make a prosthetic, um, member," Rachel told Stella Magazine (opens in new tab) . "Literally a fake penis. I didn’t know what to do—I thought, 'Is that the real deal?' It was very realistic. It was ridiculous, the scale of it!"
This Harry Potter alum played a corpse in the 2016 comedy Swiss Army Man— but not just any corpse. A corpse with a penis that could point to specific compass bearings.
"The way the penis moves in the film, it was based on an animal called the tapir who have penises which are prehensile and can move around," Daniel told Metro.co.uk . "Normally all of the animatronic stuff we had on Harry Potter, most were controlled by a guy with a little remote control. This, for some reason, was controlled by two gigantic levers that were on the side of the set that a guy was wrenching around to operate. Much hilarity was had with the animatronic penis."
Mark Wahlberg played a well-endowed porn star in the 1997 drama Boogie Nights— perhaps too well-endowed. His prosthetic actually had to be made shorter , as he told Seth Meyers .
"I have to stand there, take off my clothes, and they basically start sculpting this thing around you," he said. "It's very uncomfortable, very awkward. And the first time that they did it, they did the exact specs, measurements, to what they thought [1970s porn star] John Holmes was like…and this thing was down past my knee.”
(Still, he said the prosthetic is the only prop he's ever kept from a movie.)
Turns out WWE star John Cena wore a prosthetic for the 2015 comedy Trainwreck . "[I have a] 'big part' because of the costume department," he told Jimmy Kimmel (opens in new tab) . "I had to stuff myself in a small nylon sock, and they gave me a stunt penis to insinuate an erection." Good times.
In an episode of Girls , Matthew played a writer who propositioned Hannah…by taking out his penis without asking. But the actor didn’t actually expose himself, as his Americans co-star and partner Keri Russell told Seth Meyers (opens in new tab) .
"He got to choose his own [prosthetic]," she said. "And he’s like, 'This puts me in such an awkward position. Like, if I choose a giant one, people are gonna be like, What a dick .…So he’s like, I just let someone else do it. '"
Hodor, may he rest in peace, made quite a first impression in Game of Thrones Season 1, when he walked out of the woods in the nude.
"It was made out of, like, latex, and it was very realistic-feeling," Kristian told GQ (opens in new tab) . "But Hodor looks part giant, so it was definitely beyond human—about sixteen inches…. The pubes had to be planted into my own hair with glue, so the removal hurt. I felt sorry for the makeup girl, too."
"There was something just kind of liberating [about it]," Schwartzman told Buzzfeed (opens in new tab) of wearing a prosthetic in 2015's The Overnight . "I felt quite happy to just be in it…. I guess there are all different kinds of prosthetics, but this is sort of like a Tempur-Pedic memory foam. If you wanted to, you could squeeze it, and it would kind of like slowly rise back up to its original [size]. So I call it a 'tempur-penis.'"
This young Brit had to show a spider-bitten testicle in the 2013 comedy We’re the Millers , opposite Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis.
"I was wearing a prosthetic, so none of that is mine," he assured Metro.co.uk . "I’m not the proud owner of that pineapple-sized testicle. The prosthetic took about three hours to put on. It was a bit of a trial and I got intimate with a very talented man called Tony who saw a lot more of me than what I care to show anyone else."

The show's fourth season will end with two new episodes in July.

AOC's husband-to-be is an "easygoing redhead" who lives with her in D.C.

And we mean fully nude—as in, not a shred of clothing.

"The easiest yes!" Simone wrote about the couple's engagement.

They welcomed a baby via surrogate.

With her jazzy new album, Keys, the singer stopped worrying about everything except what matters: Her own opinion.

The actress and CEO shared inspiring advice during a panel at 'Marie Claire's' "Power Trip: Off the Grid" conference.
