Fact-Checking Envion’s Top 10 Misleading Communication Claims

EnvionWatch

Envion’s marketing and communications campaign has been clever and aggressive. But how accurate or misleading has it really been?

As was stated in another article, Envion’s Big 5 Failures, an increasing number of investors felt that many previous promises had been broken and that Envion’s marketing and communications were misleading.

Time to separate wishful thinking and do some fact checking of some of the more prominent claims, announcements and tales. Read below our Top 10 list:

Given all the things that have gone wrong since the ICO, it is astonishing how much negative news have been hidden and suppressed. Investors were led to believe that everything was on track to achieve the 161% ROI all the way through April 2018, while in reality the Envion ship broke into pieces months before.

Undisclosed ‘founders’ sold tokens before disclosing the gravity of the situation to investors. Once the truth about the break between the CEO and Trado came out, it crashed the EVN token price and left investors with massive losses and huge doubts about Envion. Some investors suspect elaborate insider trading or even an exit scam.

The Envion CEO has largely been absent and the ‘founders’ side continues to spin its misleading communications and to ban the voices of critical investors in their Telegram channel. Both sides’ behavior is at least unethical and likely involved or complicit in fraud(s). Investors now have to hope for audits and court rulings to come. Investors are starting to sue Envion and Trado due to prospectus liability.
