Harrowing video footage shows a young girl battering her rival in front of dozens of students in a senseless brawl in Russia.
The fight took place in the city of Kirov in the north-west of the country and was filmed by eyewitnesses on their phones.
It shows a girl in a striped top, thought to be 15, attacking her victim believed to be the same age, after the tussle has already begun.

With her victim lying helpless on the floor the girl in a striped top ruthlessly punches her in the face.
A crowd of young girls and boys watch on. Instead of trying to intervene they record the fight on their mobiles.
The girl in the striped top finally stops her assault after a final crushing blow where she links her hands together and smashes them down on the other girl's back.
Crushing blow: The girl in the blue striped top links her arms and slams them down on her victim's back, who had to be taken to hospital with concussion 
Her victim was later taken to hospital suffering from concussion, according to reports.
Local witnesses say the fight occurred on August 23 in the grounds of a school.
A group of schoolgirls had allegedly ganged up on the victim for spreading rumours, reports Life.ru.
Police are looking into the incident but have declined to comment pending the outcome of their investigation.
