Facebook Ads Adds Automated Keyword Replies for Comments.

In some Facebook Ads accounts, a new “Conversations” section has appeared at the ad level, allowing advertisers to set up automated replies triggered by specific keywords.

The feature lets you automatically send a private message to users who leave a comment containing a selected word or phrase under an ad.
You can add up to five keywords or phrases and prepare a custom response for each one. When one of these triggers appears in a comment, the user automatically receives a private message.

The message can include a link, phone number, or email address. For example, advertisers can send a demo link after someone comments “Demo,” pricing information after the word “Prices,” or a promo code after a comment such as “Discount” or “Offer.”
