⚡FREEZE:

Freeze is a powerful tool to immerse yourself in the present moment, empathizing with everything that is happening outside and inside. You can use your favorite meditation formats in this practice for the most comfortable effect to train mindfulness with desire.


How does this work?

💎 Your face must remain still in front of the front camera of your phone. Your face must be visible. 

💎 The front camera should be in front of your face up to half a meter away.

💎 If it is too dark, there is a lot of head/camera movement, or your face is missing, you will not be able to practice. 

💎 The Blink Detector. Periodically, the camera will read the way you blink. This is to make it clear that there is a live person in front of the camera who is working out. If you're not blinking, no workout is happening.

💎 Try to relax as much as possible and clear your mind of clutter. Listen to your favorite nature sounds, which are already available in the app, and watch the process! 


⚡WALK: 

The Walk is an unbeatable format that is familiar to you if only because you have been practicing this action during your life. It's time to start walking with benefits and earning while doing it!


How does this work?

💎 You can walk at different paces - choose the one that is most comfortable for you. There is no difference in pace - points are earned in the same way everywhere.


Walking pace range:

Slow 1-4 km/h

Usual 3-6 km/h

Fast 5-8 km/h


💎 While walking, you can turn off your phone screen and stow it in your pocket for convenience. But, if you don't unlock your phone after 1 hour of walking, the workout won't count. You can end the workout by pressing "stop" on the screen.

💎 If you do not press "stop" in 1 hour of training, the training will not be counted. Therefore, durability and energy will not be deducted, but you won't earn points either. It's worth it to be conscious about when you take a walk!
