FPSM will test new business models while exploring potentially ad-free services. It will also focus on improving consumers over the next three to six months. FPSM said the changes will result in more users "providing more lifetime value to businesses, media, and distribution partners."

Simms said, "The launch of FairPlay Sports Media allows us to better compete in sports betting, while providing significant efficiency and added value to our partners using game-changing betting technology."

In a follow-up call with selected media, Sims said future investments will not be in B2B gaming. FPSM will instead trade in data, machinery and AI as well as products to boost insight and analysis.
