Foster families have a hard time. Not only do parents face difficulties in their relationship with the child, but practically no one supports them. Unfortunately, many foster families do not have legal literacy, but there is a panic fear of officials and, in general, any "strangers". Very often you can hear such a phrase: “We don’t need anything, otherwise they will come and take our children away from us!”. Meanwhile, all foster families have a great need for psychological help and communication with people going through the same difficulties. The Foster Families Club project of the Vostok public organization is aimed at providing foster families with highly qualified psychological assistance, as well as creating an interest club for them. These events will contribute to the introduction of foster families into society, development of communication skills and the formation of a positive image of the foster family. In addition, families participating in the project will be able to advise new adoptive parents on the adaptation and upbringing of children.

Our future is in the hands of our children. The future depends entirely on how they grow up, whether they will be happy, optimistic people, willing to compromise and positively resolve conflicts and difficulties, or not. At the same time, children are the most vulnerable group. Any seemingly insignificant failure in the education system can lead to unforeseen difficulties in the future. Therefore, the most important task of adults is to exclude children from the risk group, prevent abuse and increase the number of organizations providing professional assistance to children of any age. This is exactly what the Center for Helping Children Left without Parental Care is doing as part of the Me and Mom project, funded by the Responsible for the Future Foundation.
"BREAKING THE CIRCLE OF VIOLENCE"

Psychologists have found that children who have been abused tend to be violent themselves. Thus, by helping children who have experienced family violence, as well as preventing abuse, the Verba Crisis Center protects the future, protects the unborn generations of people from pain and humiliation.

There are many orphanages in Russia, children who have no parents live in them, children who do not feel love, care and affection. Such children think that no one needs them and is not interesting. Sometimes children are adopted, but adoption alone cannot assure a child that there are good people in the world, honest, healthy relationships, kindness and love. Both the child and his adoptive parents must be prepared for life together. Otherwise, real tragedies are possible when a child is returned to an orphanage or when foster parents begin to abuse their ward. To prevent such cases from occurring, the Responsible for the Future Foundation provided a grant to the Fatima Women's Crisis Center, which implements the Help and Support Circle project.

This project, implemented by the Social Rehabilitation Center for Juveniles, is designed to prevent cases of cruel treatment of children in families in difficult life situations. Thanks to a grant from the Foundation "In Responsibility for the Future", within the framework of the "Family Therapy" project, the Center is engaged in the prevention of abuse through joint activities of parents and children. The implementation of the project will contribute to the socialization and self-realization of children and adolescents, and will also subconsciously affect their behavior.
