Extract the zip

Boot to Fastboot (Vol− + Power)

Run the script for your OS:

Clean flash (wipes data — required for first install or coming from another ROM):

• Windows → windows_install_and_format_data.bat

• Linux → linux_install_and_format_data.sh

Dirty flash (keeps data — updates only):

• Windows → windows_install.bat

• Linux → linux_install.sh

Type 'y' when asked and wait. Do not disconnect the cable.

Before flashing:

- Unlocked bootloader required

- Disable screen lock + sign out of your Google account (and Mi Account if coming from HyperOS)

- Battery level at least 50%

- A clean flash is necessary.

Post-setup:

For notification issues: Enable Autostart and remove battery restrictions (set to "No restrictions") for any app where you do not want background notification delays.
