•Go to TWRP recovery mode.

•Clean everything (internal storage, dalvik, cache, data, vendor, system)

•Format data and reboot in TWRP recovery mode.

•Flash Firmware

•Flash rom

•Flash gapps as per your choice

•Flash magisk (optional)

•Flash dfe

•Reboot

•If not booting then format data and reboot
