1) How do I start an order?

You must submit the link to the product you want, a screenshot📸 of the product you want with the price visible, and your shipping address. Then we will tell you how to proceed via chat


2) How much do I have to pay for a product of, for example, $1000?

For a $1000 product, after speaking with our manager @RefundsFTW, if he accepts your order you will only have to pay $300 or 30% of the total value on the product.


3) How can I pay the 30% fee?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Bitcoin, CashApp (via Bitcoin)

4) Do I have to pay before I receive the product?

Yes, if you are a new customer without trust from us we may require you to pay before delivery of the product. After gaining our trust we can switch to payments after receiving the product.


5) What happens if I do not receive the product?

We will provide you like a normal shipment with a tracking link through which you can track the shipment to your shipping address, in case of problems such as package loss or non-delivery you as well as we could see it from the tracking link so there is no such problem.


6) How can you charge me only 30% for a product? Will I have legal problems?

Through social engineering techniques we are able, for not too high values of goods, to "fake" claims to the owner as a return in a 100% legal way in that it is as if you are returning a product to the initial website and they reimburse you as their legal stipulations provide. This needs experience and methods, we do it for you for 30%, keeping 30% and only charging you this amount, saving you 70%. Of course, the method we follow changes from store to store: even with some larger stores we have contacts with insider networks from various countries in Europe and the U.S. that offer hidden services to third parties, while for other stores there is the possibility on our part as I said before to proceed with the refund procedure through the normal refund stage even if the product is kept by you.


7) Which stores do you accept?

A really large amount: you can ask me in chat or directly send me the product you need, I will tell you if I can work on refunding that product on that particular site or not.


8) How much is the minimum order?

The minimum order from us is a product of at least $300 or €300. We won't waste time with lower value products, since we already give priority to those who order higher value products.
