Q. How can I contact you?

Q. Can I place an order through email or instagram?
A. Nope. I does not produced the stuff - only creating designs. 

Q. I want to buy the design itself. Is it possible?
A. Not for now. Sorry.

Q. Can I order a custom design?
A. Nope. Currently, it's impossible. But you may request some changes to existing designs (change colors, fonts, translate the text etc.).

Q. How do I request changes?
A. Email me at ask.ankker@outlook.com with the topic "Changes request".

Q. Do I need to pay for these changes?
A. No, it's free. But I accept tips *wink-wink*

Q. How long does it takes?
A. Mostly depends on my laziness and some other factors. I'll email you when it's ready.

Q. I want a design for a specific product. Is it possible?
A. Redbubble(and I) propose over 70 different products such as stickers, cups, clothes, mousepads etc. If my design is unavailable on the product which you want, just email me at ask.ankker@outlook.com with the topic "Product request". If it's possible I'll add a product you want. 

Q. What do you mean by "If possible"?
A. Some products, such as backpacks, fitted masks, socks etc., require more precise work and currently I'm unable to do this.

Q. Are stickers in packs the same size as standalone ones?
A. No. Stickers in packs will be smaller than standalone. Sadly this is the limitation of the creation process. orientate yourself by photos on the product page.

Q. Why are bundles more expensive?
A. Because you get more stickers. The bundle price is always lower than if you decide to buy the stickers separately. But, please, remember that stickers in packs will be smaller, than standalone.

Q. Why they will be smaller?
A. Standalone stickers are fitted in a rectangle of 8.2cm x 7.6cm (3.2in x 3in) and up for larger sizes. So in bundles, a few stickers are fitted in the same rectangle. That's the reason why stickers in bundles are smaller.

Q. Why do you make bundles in this way?
A. Because I have no choice. Currently, redbubble doesn't allow me to create bundles from existing products.

Q. But I want a few stickers in full size!
A. You can buy them separately and get a standard discount.

A. Sorry, not for now. At this moment, I'm selling only at redbubble.
