We’ve gathered the most common questions from our clients and provided answers to each:
1. Will the response speed be like with RDP or VNC (like TeamViewer or AnyDesk)?
Our answer:
No, the response speed will be lower. Since the desktop is hidden, the system considers it mostly inactive. It uses minimal RAM and internet bandwidth. 🖥️
2. If I'm logged into an account (like a crypto exchange, bank, wallet, or game account) in a browser session (for example, Chrome or Firefox), will I be able to log in again without a password?
Our answer:
Yes, if the website supports cookie-based authentication. 🍪 The browser session will appear identical to the user’s session.
3. What if the user (victim) sees my browser activity through the history?
Our answer:
When you open a browser session on the hidden desktop, the browser on the user’s (victim’s) main desktop gets blocked. 🔒 They won’t be able to open it until you finish. We're also developing a parallel session feature, so you'll get cookies and passwords without the user seeing your browsing history.
4. Can I block the user's screen or send them a message in chat, like in AnyDesk?
Our answer:
No, we didn’t include that feature since the main purpose of HVNC is to remain hidden. 👻
5. Can I create or delete files and folders?
Our answer:
No, as this would draw attention to the victim and trigger our algorithms. 📂 Anything you create or delete on the hidden desktop will also appear on the user’s main desktop.
6. What if the user (victim) becomes suspicious and starts looking for the hidden desktop?
Our answer:
They won’t be able to find or access it. 🕵️♂️ The hidden desktop is completely isolated and cannot be detected by conventional methods.
7. What happens if the user restarts or turns off the computer during my HVNC session? Will my session remain active?
Our answer:
Yes, auto-launch is embedded into the system. Once the user turns the computer back on, your session will restore and become active again. 🔄
8. If the user (victim) checks the task manager or processes, will they be able to detect the virus?
Our answer:
No, they won't. Our virus is designed to evade detection and will simply shut down when an attempt to find it is made. 🦠
9. What kind of servers do I need for testing? The response time is really slow.
Our answer:
You need a powerful Windows server, ideally with a graphics card since you're working with streaming images. 🎮 The internet speed should be at least 1 Gbps. The better the specs, the better the response time.
10. If I can’t set it up myself, even with the instructions, can your team do it for me?
Our answer:
Yes, contact support, and they’ll forward your request to our in-house sysadmin. 💼 This service is paid and costs $200.
11. Are you on any forums or platforms besides Rutor?
Our answer:
Yes, we're on several forums. We’ll update our bot section soon and post the links in our channel. 📢
12. I want to test your software but don’t want to commit to a full month right away. What should I do?
Our answer:
Yes, we have a free three-day period available for new users.
13. Sometimes Defender warns me that Excel/Doc files might be unsafe. What should I do about that?
Our answer:
There’s no virus in the loaders. 📄 Defender flags it because the file isn’t from a trusted source and contains macros. Our team is currently working on a workaround, but this doesn't affect the loader’s functionality.
14. If I pay for a multi-month subscription and the price goes up later, will I have to pay extra?
Our answer:
No, your subscription price is fixed for the duration of your plan. Even if the price doubles, your paid period remains unchanged. 🛡️
15. What if I buy a subscription but don’t like it? Can I get a refund?
Our answer:
No, because our project has a free period. So, if you have purchased a subscription, then you are satisfied with everything.
16. Do you have any affiliate programs?
Our answer:
You can always submit your proposal to support or through the feedback form in our software. 🤝
17. I found a cheaper subscription elsewhere. Can you offer a discount?
Our answer:
We focus on quality. 💪 You might find cheaper options, even for $10 lifetime, but will they work? That’s the real question.
18. How often do you release updates? Do you constantly monitor Windows updates and improve the software?

Yes, we monitor updates non-stop. Updates are released as needed, and we notify you in advance about major updates. 🔄
19. How quickly do you resolve urgent issues related to functionality?

We resolve issues quite quickly: a few hours for minor problems, a few days for major ones. ⏱️
20. Will the service expand? What other products can we expect from you? Will HVNC subscriptions cover new software?
Our answer:
An Android bot will be released soon. 🤖 HVNC subscriptions are for HVNC only, except if you purchase a yearly subscription. In that case, you'll have a special status, allowing you to use future products for free as long as the subscription is active.
