FAQ: Astral Season
We updated our previous FAQ and gathered the most popular questions about the Astral Season and prepared the answers for you!
Q: I've already summoned a Hero / Pet / Titan that I could get for the activated Gold Ticket. What will I receive instead?
A: Instead of a Titan, you will receive Soul Stones: 30 Titan's Stones, 250 Supertitan's Stones. Instead of a Hero / Pet, you will receive Soul Stones or Evolution Stars.
If your hero has 1 or 2 stars, this hero will evolve to 3 stars. If your hero has 3 stars or higher, you will get 80 Hero's Soul Stones.
If your pet has 1 star, this pet will evolve to 2 stars. If the pet's evolution is 2 stars or higher, you will get 60 Pet's Soul Stones.
Q: What will I get instead of the Skin I already have?
A: You will receive 5000 Skin Stones (Strength, Intelligence, or Agility depending on this Hero Stat).
Q: What happens if I get a Skin for a Hero that I have not summoned?
A: You will get a Skin even if you don't have a Hero. You can use it after summoning this Hero.
Q: How many levels can I reach without the Gold Ticket?
A: You can reach level 51 without the Gold Ticket if you complete the available quests of the Astral Season for all 30 days.
Q: Will I receive all the rewards for the Gold Ticket if I buy it later, not from the start of the Astral Season?
A: You will be able to get all the rewards even if you buy the Gold Ticket on the last day of the Astral Season.
Q: Is the Gold Ticket only active for my account on one server?
A: Yes. One Gold Ticket per server.
Q: Is the Gold Ticket active for all 30 days of the Astral Season?
A: That's right, it will be active for the entire season.
Q: Will I get VIP points for activating the Gold Ticket?
A: Yes, you will receive 500 VIP points.
Q: What will happen to my current event level and my Gold Ticket if I transfer my account to another server?
A: Your Astral Season level and the Gold Ticket will be safely transferred with your account :)
Q: A quest wasn't completed after I cleared Campaign / Adventures using Raid. Why?
A: Quests that require to battle in Campaign or Adventures must be completed without Raids. If it is allowed to use the Raid function to complete a quest, then it is specified in the quest's description (for example, "Complete 5 missions using instant Raid").
