You have one refund attempt per order.

❓ What is the minimum deposit amount?

✅ Before contacting support, make sure that:
- The bill is paid on time (not overdue).

❓ Why is the purchase history missing? (by Proxy History button)
✅ Your lease has expired.
These positions were rented by other people.
The proxies have gone into the history of the new buyer.

❓ I have a MAC, how do I use the service?

❓ Why doesn't the service store my data?
✅ We value your anonymity and privacy. Our service does not require you to provide personal information such as email or phone number and so on. We only store the login that is used for authorization.
❓ How do I keep my login if I forget it?
✅ We do not provide login recovery services. We recommend that you save your login in a safe place. This could be a hard copy, a secure file, or other methods. You can even have it tattooed if that is convenient for you.
❓ Where is my login stored?
✅ The login is stored in a key file, which is located in the same folder as the application. This file is not shared with third parties and only you have access to it.
❓ What should I do if I have lost my login?
✅ If you lose your login, you will not be able to access your account. We do not provide any services to restore access. Please make sure your login is saved in a safe place.
❓ Can I use the service without a login?
✅ No, login is a mandatory element to use our service. You cannot access the service without it.
❓ Proxy loses connection
Choose the right time to work on your GEO. 🌐
✅ Proxies are raised on real devices, and at the time when the device on which Socks5 is raised goes to sleep - your connection may be dropped (if the end device is disconnected).
✅ Don't write Socks5 off as "dead", waiting for it to "wake up" and work again will help.
