Delivery usually takes up to 3 weeks, depending on your location. If your bike is already in our warehouse, delivery can be shortened to 1-2 weeks.

Absolutely! Every bike is professionally assembled by a trained mechanic and undergoes a thorough safety check before delivery.
Don’t worry—you’re covered! In the unlikely event this happens, you have several options:
a) Return the bike for a full refund.
b) Request a replacement bike.
c) Choose a different bike with a partial surcharge or refund, depending on the price difference.
Since 2021, we haven’t had a single return request for quality issues!
Yes, you can! Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Just make sure your items are unused, in brand-new condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

To exchange an item, you’ll have to place a new order and and incur the shipping charges associated with returning an item.
If you need a different product, size or colour please return your items for a refund within the 14 day return period and place a new order . We’ll process your refund promptly upon receiving your returned items. Placing a new order will ensure that you’ll get your new items quickly and that it won’t go out of stock.
