What is a refund?
Refunds are a form of using Amazon's policy that allows you to get the full amount of your purchase back. You can get a refund for items delivered within the last 30 days.

For any item that ships from Amazon's warehouse. Go to the product page, if you see "Ships from Amazon" or "sold by Amazon" under the price, then you can get a refund for that item!

How much do you charge and what are your payment methods?
We charge 25% for USA/CA, other domains - 20%, of the total order amount.
Also, we have a minimum commission of $150.
Payment is only accepted in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, ETH.
What happens if my refund fails?
Do not open or sell your merchandise until the refund process is complete. In most cases, the success rate is 100%. If you are unsuccessful, you can dispute the transaction with your bank, we also assist with this.
Do I have to sign my name upon delivery?
You can sign with any name, it has no effect, also if you are asked to provide a one-time code to receive the package - just do it.
What is OFM?
OFM - Amazon policy violation messages.
If you often request a refund for products, you can get a message from OFM@amazon.com.
To avoid this, do not overuse refund requests.
