If the heat shield is loose, you'll need to take your F150 into a good exhaust shop and have it welded back into place The grinding/humming noise only happens when I am in 2wd and driving at a speed of 5-15mph so low RPM and low MPH and slightly turning the wheel to the right (like I'm getting ready to make a right turn) .
