Gigantomastia may be associated with my benign breast condition, however association with pseudoadenotous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is rarely reported [1, 2]. We present a case of extreme and disabling gigantomastia caused by PASH aiming to document the unusual presentation and delineate the challenges encountered in the management.
